Information for spectators at the Thêatre Jean-Deschamps:
- For spectators who have already gone into the Thêatre Jean-Deschamps: anyone leaving the theatre may not return.
- For spectators arriving late during after the start of the performance, the numbered seats will no longer be guaranteed.

Warning about illegal ticket touting
French law no. 2012-348 of 12 March 2012 protects spectators against ticket touting by any company or individual who has not been authorised by the producer of the show. By virtue of this law (article 313-6-2 of the French penal code), it is prohibited to resell show tickets on a business-as-usual basis without the express authorisation of the producer of this show. Failure to comply with article 313)6-2 of the French penal code is punishable by a €15,000 fine. This penalty is increased to €30,000 in the event of a repeat offence. Do not purchase tickets from anyone who is unable to guarantee that they have been authorised by the producer. Otherwise, you could find yourself without recourse if the tickets are not delivered to you or if the tickets delivered do not give you access to the show.

Procedure to be followed for holders of 2020 tickets

Deferred Shows - Retainable or Refundable Tickets

For deferred shows, people who already have their 2020 ticket(s) have a choice between:

    the 2020 tickets will then be valid for the same show on the new date announced for July 2021 without the need for an exchange or

Rescheduled Shows - Exchangeable / Retainable or Refundable Tickets

Two shows have been rescheduled in 2021 and are therefore undergoing changes:

  • Evgeny Kissin will be in recital for the 2021 edition (and not with the Orchester National du Capitole de Toulouse)
  • Francis Cabrel will be present for the 2021 edition with his new tour

People who already have their 2020 ticket (s) have the choice between:

    For Evgeny Kissin, holders of tickets for this show will have to exchange them in advance for the new tickets dated 2021 at their point of sale
    For Francis Cabrel the 2020 tickets will then be valid for the same show on the new date announced for July 2021 without the need for an exchange OR

Canceled Shows - Refundable Tickets

For canceled shows, people who already have their 2020 ticket (s) will be refunded.

Important: Note

To exchange or refund, the original tickets must be returned to the point of sale. The point of sale where the ticket was purchased remains the buyer’s interlocutor. For those wishing to purchase tickets for these shows, the reopening of the box office of the Festival de Carcassonne 2021 is scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2020. The Festival de Carcassonne has up to 3 months after the initial programming date of the concert concerned to proceed to refund tickets.
