National Orchestra of the Capitole de Toulouse
Born in the 1960s from the merger of the Orchester du Capitole (then in charge of operas and ballets at the Théâtre du Capitole) and the Orchester symphonique de Toulouse-Pyrénées, the Orchester du Capitole de Toulouse quickly gained international stature thanks to to the work of Michel Plasson.
The Orchester du Capitole serves repertoire works with the same enthusiasm as contemporary works , in world or French premieres.
